Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping:  (3-7 business days)

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Expedited and Overnight shipping options are also available for faster delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may not be available for shipment to specific locations due to restrictions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at contact@ideal-skincare.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed and shipped.
